We are also quite conversant with all documentation required for all public issues including all the listing requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission and Nigerian Stock Exchange, both first tier and second tier and the workings of the Nigerian capital market.

We were also Solicitors to the issue of the N650 Million Naira Neimeth Plc Convertible Redeemable Loan stock, 2003.
