We have been engaged in the privatisation of Federal Government state owned enterprises in all stages, including provision of legal advice to the Bureau of Public Enterprises on the best mode of privatisation for such enterprises, the legal due diligence, preparation and organization of the data room, relating with prospective investors, negotiating and preparation of all relevant privatisation agreements, MOU, confidentiality, sale agreements etc

We were the Legal Advisers to the Bureau of Public Enterprises for the privatization of National Fertilizer Company of Nigeria Limited and also undertook the Legal Restructuring of the company and conversion of same to a Public limited liability company in preparation for the privatization.

We were also engaged by the Bureau of Public Enterprises for the partitioning of the Nigerian Hotels Limited property between the Company and Ikoyi Hotel Limited and are responsible for the perfection of the resulting titles.
