Our Firm opened for business in September, 1985 under the name of Lampejo & Lampejo Solicitors, and was reorganized in 1990 with its name changed to Oludotun Lampejo & Co and subsequently to Lampejo Solicitors for ease of reference by our international clients.

Our office is situated on Lagos Island , the Commercial nerve centre of Nigeria , about 150 Meters from the Lagos High Courts and Tafawa Balewa Square and 100 metres from the Courts of Appeal and City Hall. Lagos is a conurbation with an estimated population of 13 million people.

We are organised into four practice groups comprising lawyers drawn together from a range of our main practice areas, which allows us to provide our clients with a multi- specialist approach in legal services in a broad range of areas, developing a personal relationship with clients along the way and providing them with sound and rounded legal advise at all times.

We have retained specialists in other disciplines that are relevant to our work and we consult with them from time to time as required on areas that will further our clients businesses and interests.

We are regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission as Solicitors for the conduct of capital market issues and are regulated by the Nigerian Bar Association in the conduct of Legal Practice.
